An architect by profession and has passed his bachelors from JNTU college of Fine Arts and Architecture Hyderabad. He has been active in professional practice and has designed number of buildings that stand out. The outstanding ones being the Krishna Oberoi (Now Taj Krishna) with Mr. I.M Kadri Mumbai, Siva Sivani group of institutions at kompally, yamjal, sadasivpet, vizag etc. He is the consultant for big time developers in Mumbai like B.K Appa & Co, Siroyas, etc. In Hyderabad, Spanish bungalows & buildings schemes designed by him are many.

He is an active office bearer of the practicing architects association in Telangana, Hyderabad. He also has to his credit many interior design projects and has evolved a leading group of professionals to design, manage projects and its construction etc. And is well known in the circles. The family also owns huge land bank in Gulbarga.

The group actively participates in the competition held by IIA and COA. He was one of the main Consultants for World Bank aided health referral projects in Andhra Pradesh state. The Kurnool super speciality project with the medical college and hostel project is out of the many projects he designed for the government of A.P. The planning and designing of many government projects and its feasibility is done by him.

The firm specializes in its opinions to various construction firms big and small for perfection in construction practices and the quality control. He is the Chief Architect, with rich experience in design and construction and management of projects. He has a vast knowledge of changes through research in planning and designing with the advantage of technology. The feasibility analysis and for various groups to launch various projects has also been most successful groups emerging with the valuable advice.

A tech graduate and masters in Thermal Power Engineering. He is trained well with legal knowledge after interaction with top line lawyers in the country for all land matters and acquisitions. The acumen to grasp subject issues and trying to solve them is his forte. Contracts, agreements and fixing terms is the work that he is involved with.

A Civil Engineer from Purdue University, Indiana, USA. He has worked as a Project Engineer in Philadelphia for two years. Anish has also earned an MBA & MS in Digital Innovation from Boston University. Following the MBA, he did a short stint at Dell EMC as a Product Manager.

Anish is currently a part of diverse business ventures ranging from e-commerce, to construction & real estate, to trading in the stock market.
